Филиал ГУП НТЦ "АТЛАС" в Санкт-Петербурге и ЛО создан в 1996 году для решения задач по защите конфиденциальной информации в Северо-Западном регионе. Свою деятельность фирма осуществляет на основании лицензий ФАПСИ и ГТК.
Основные виды деятельности:
Разработка, реализация и сопровождение защищенных информационно-телекоммуникационных систем (ИТКС) конфиденциальной связи.
Поставка и внедрение в ИТКС Заказчиков сертифицированных ФАПСИ средств криптографической защиты информации.
Проведение специсследований на побочные электромагнитные излучения и наводки технических средств.
Проведение спецпроверок по выявлению электронных устройств перехвата информации в помещениях и технических средствах.
Поставка голографических средств защиты изделий, товаров, пропусков, бланков и документов строгой отчетности.
Предоставление услуг защищенной электронной почты.
Нашими клиентами и заказчиками являются как государственные учреждения, так и коммерческие предприятия. Средства криптографической защиты информации внедрены в информационно-телекоммуникационные системы ОАО "Промстройбанк", ОАО "Энергомашбанк", ОАО "Петербургский лесопромышленный банк", ЗАО "Петербургский расчетный центр". Предоставляются услуги защищенной электронной почты Х.400 главному управлению ЦБ РФ по СПб, его РКЦ, а также ряду учреждений и предприятий региона. Филиалом, совместно с партнерами, разработана и успешно внедрена в ряде регионов страны система компьютерного контроля над производством и оборотом алкогольной продукции, использующая криптографические и голографические методы защиты для подтверждения подлинности продукции.
Отличительной чертой филиала является применение только средств защиты, имеющих сертификаты ФАПСИ и ГТК.
The Branch of scientific-technical center <Atlas> in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region was created in 1996 to solve problems on protection of the confidential information in NORTH-WEST region. The affiliate operates on the basis of licences issued by Federal Agency for Government Communication and Information under the President of Russian Federation (FAGCI) and State Technical Committee under the President of Russian Federation (STC).

The development, implementation and attending defended of informational - telecommunication systems of confidential communication
Delivering and implantation into informational - telecommunication systems of the Customers of a means of cryptography protection of the information certificated by FAGCI.
Holding special probings on spurious electric waves and interferences of means.
Holding special checks on detection of electronic devices of interception of the information in locations and means.
Delivering of holographic means of protection of hardware products, goods, skips, forms and documents of the strict accountability.
Allocation of services of a defended electron mail.
Our clients and customers are both state institutions, and commercial firms. The means of cryptography protection of the information is inserted into informational - telecommunication systems Promstroybank, Energomashbank, the Petersburg timber industry bank, the Petersburg financial settlements centre. The services of a defended electron mail Х.400 to the St.-Petersburg Division of the Russion Federation Central Bank and also series of establishments and firms of locale are given. By affiliate, together with the associates, is developed and successfully system of the computer supervision above execution and turnover of alcoholic production operating cryptography and holographic methods of protection for affirming authenticity of production is inserted in a series of regions of the country.
Distinctive feature of affiliate is the application only of means of protection having the certificates FAGCI and STC.
