The Hammann company was founded 1887, more than 100 years ago and is today one of the leading European outfitter of cinemas and theatres.
Hammann exports his products worldwide and has acquired an excellent reputa-tion at home and abroad.
The patented and state-of-the art products are of high quality and apply to all German and European rules, standards and regulations, as well as to the high THITS standard (Technical High Impact Theatre Standard) including and adding the THX-standard, which has been developed by Hammann Screens.
In addition to a product range offering all technical requirements for cinema- and theatre construction, all services include development, consultation, planning, sup-ply, installation, inspection, maintenance and repair.
The most important development was the introduction of the fully automated Wide-screen-projection system.
The Wide-screen projection system features an interface, incorporating up to 6 drive- and control units. The master enables 8 free programmable formats. Furthermore every cinema, every control and every drive will be constantly con-trolled by the unique diagnoses program. In case of failure the projectionist will be informed visually and acoustically, as well as in case of absence, by telephone. In addition the Hammann Screens' technicians give assistance by remote diagnosis.
