Forestali was incorporated in 1918; the adhesive production was started in the Fifties. At present the company is one of the leading manufacturers within Italy of high quality adhesives.
Forestali produces adhesives in view of the sectors where they are used and of the relevant industrial applications:
- upholstered furniture
- footwear
- flexible packaging
In upholstered furniture and mattresses Forestali is presented with trademark Durabond that includes the solvent-based and water-based mono and bicomponents adhesives, hot-melts. Numerous types of adhesives have been developed in order to meet any kind of requirement that customer may submit.
Durabond has been successful in this business because its purpose is to develop new products in order to solve the most problem of gluing together, technical assistance to customers.
