Журнал, рассчитанный на любознательного конника. Спорт, кино, цирк, племенное дело, любительская верховая езда и иппотерапия, история создания пород - все эти темы нашли отражение в журнале. Его авторы отвечают и на практические вопросы: как кормить, тренировать, лечить, где купить лошадь и какие ей нужны документы. Среди авторов журнала - сотрудники ВНИИ коневодства и рядовые конники, взявшиеся за перо, чтобы поделиться с читателем многолетним опытом и основанными на нем оригинальными идеями. Несмотря на то, что авторы, как и коллектив редакции, работают без гонораров, их число неуклонно растет, так же, как и популярность журнала, чему немало способствуют конные выставки.
Журнал - частное издание, вырос из одноименного справочника по конюшням Петербурга и Ленинградской области. Осенью 2000 года ему исполняется два года.
The magazine is for curious horse lovers. Equestrian sports, horses in cinema, circuses, horse breeding, amateurs horse back riding, ride therapy, history of the development of horse breeds - all these themes are treated in this magazine.
The authors althougn respond to practical questions: how to feed, train, medically treat, where to buy horses & how to properly fill out their documents. Among the authors of the magazine are not only scientists from the Institute of Horse Breeding & the Academies of Agriculture, but riders, trainers, owners of horses themselves, who began writing in order to share their own experience & their ideas that came to them in the course of their work.
The magazine is published independently; it developed from a reference journal of same name, which was dedicated to the stablines of Saint Petersburg & its suburbs.
In the autumn of 2000 it will have been in existence for 2 years. The popularity of the magazine is growing constantly, to a large extend due to its regular participation in horse exhibitions.
