Журнал распространяется на территории быв. СССР по подписке, целевой рассылкой и на специализированных выставках и семинарах.
По подписке распространяется примерно 1/3 тиража, целевая рассылка и специализированные выставки - 2/3.
Журнал получают все отечественные производители промышленного и коммерческого низкотемпературного оборудования, систем кондиционирования, а также российские представительства зарубежных компаний. Кроме того, организации, которые занимаются продажей, монтажом и сервисным обслуживанием этой техники.
Целевая рассылка охватывает фирмы и организации, которые эксплуатируют низкотемпературное оборудование (например, хладокомбинаты, мясокомбинаты, молочные заводы), оптовые фирмы, продающие пищевые продукты и т.д.

Журнал получают все отечественные производители мороженого (более 170 фабрик) и замороженных продуктов, а также фирмы, осуществляющие хранение и оптовые продажи данного товара.

Издается с 1999 года. Адресно-телефонные справочники по фирмам и организациям, занимающимся производством и потреблением холода во всех видах.
Том I - "Москва холодильная" (112 стр., около 1000 фирм)
Том II - "Петербург холодильный" ( 56 стр., около 500 фирм).
Подписчики получают справочники бесплатно.

The journal is spreading on territory of former USSR on a subscription, target dispatch and on the specialized exhibitions and seminars.
On a subscription 1/3 of circulation, target dispatch and specialized exhibitions - 2/3 are distributed approximately.
The magazine is received by all domestic manufacturers of ice-cream (more than 170 factories) and frozen products, and also by firms which are carrying out a storage and wholesale trade of these products.
