The Baltijskij Kurs target group includes business circles in the state and the private sector, "the people who make the decisions". The magazine is distributed among state and private structures in the regions of Russia, the Baltic states, as well as in the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Israel.
The magazine focuses on information, analysis and opinions about transit business, production of goods and trade, as well as financial markets. Tourism, sports and culture are not neglected either.
