Научно-производственное предприятие "Морские спасательные средства" - ведущая Санкт-Петербургская компания, специализирующаяся в области разработки, производства и комплексных поставок конвекционных морских спасательных средств.
Деятельность НПП "МСС" направлена на обеспечение высоких стандартов безопасности мореплавания. В сфере разработок предприятие активно сотрудничает с ведущими институтами отрасли, в т.ч. ЦНИИ им. Академика Крылова, ЦННИМФ, ФТИ им. Академика Иоффе и др.
НПП "МСС" - официальный представитель ОАО "УЗЭМИК" (плоты, гидротермокостюмы).
В настоящее время предприятие производит широкую номенклатуру морских спасательных средств, в т.ч. круги спасательные, спасательные и рабочие страховочные жилеты, огни поиска и батареи для жилетов, буев, гидротермокостюмов и плотов; буи светящиеся, плавучие элементы и др. изделия.
Вся производимая нами продукция сертифицирована Морским регистром судоходства и соответствует требованиям СОЛАС74/96.
Шипчандлерский отдел предприятия (лицензия N ДМТ1005 N 014817) ведёт активную работу по судовому снабжению в портах Северо-Запада.
Станция надувных спасательных средств и сервисного обслуживания спасательных средств имеет признание Российского Морского регистра Судоходства (N 01.092.120) и соответствует унифицированным требованиям МАКО Z17, производит комплексную проверку аварийно-спасательного имущества (ПСН, круги, жилеты, ГТК, штормтрапы и др.)

All our products are approved by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and meet the requirements of SOLAS 74/96.
The ship supplying department (Licence No. MT1005NO.014817) is actively operating over the ports of the North West region.
The station of inflatable life-saving appliances and servicing life-saving appliances has the approval of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (No. 01.092.120) and meets the unified requirements of MAKO Z17.
