Фирма "Торола" ООО основана в 1998 году с целью разработки п рое ктно- конструкт о рекой и плазоео-технологической документации, необходимой при строительстве судов и других плавсредств Уставный фонд фирмы образован следующими предприятиями г. Николаева: "Судостроение и ремонт" ООО - 80% "Черноморсудопроект" ОАО - 10% "Damen Shipyards Okean" - 10%
Фирма владеет лицензиями системы "Tnbon" M1: специалисты фирмы прошли обучение в учебных центрах Швеции и Польши и имеют практический опыт выполнения как в системе "Tnbon", так и в работе с проблемно-ориентированными системами проектировании "Деймос" и "Платер" Более ста компьютеров объединены в единую сеть. Обмен информацией с клиентами проводится по электронной почте в формата" DWG, DXF и AutoCAD
В течение трех лет фирмой "Торола" была разработана проектно-конструкторская документация для траулеров, строящихся по заказу норвежских фирм Solstrand AS, Moen Slip AS и др , на Рижском СРЗ, Балтийском СРЗ к Таллине. Щецинской судоверфи в Польше, Килийском ССРЗ
В настоящее время ведется разработка технического проекта яхты длиной 50 м по заказу из Германии, рабочей документации для танкера по контракту с фирмой Niestern Sander (Голландия!, траулеров по заказу норвежской фирмы DOF Industry и пяти других проектов.
The company Torola Ltd was organised with the purpose of development designing documentation required for building ships and other floating facilities. Maiority shareholder of Torola is Allround Shipbuilding arid Repair Ltd - 80%- Chernomorsudoproiekt and Damen Shipyard Okean 10% each. The company holds licences for the Tnbon system version M1, specialists have undergone education in training centres in Sweden and Poland and have a wide practical experience in Tnbon and in using the Plater and Deymos designing systems. Over 100 of the company's computers are connected via an intranet. Information exchange with clients is accomplished via e-mail in formats DWG, DXF and AutoCAD.
Over a three-year period the company has developed designing documentation for a trawler being built to order of the Norwegian firms Solstrand AS. Moen Slip AS and others m the Riga ship repair yard, Baltic ship repair yard in Tallinn, in Szczezin Shipyard in Poland and in Kiliya ship repair yard.
At present classification drawings are being developed for a yacht with an overall length of 50 metres (for a German client), workshop documentation for the tanker hull which is now under construction on the Damen Shipyard Okean for the Dutch company Niestern Sander, workshop documentation for a trawler for 61 Kommunards Yard on the order of Norwegian DOF Industry and five other projects.
