PeterStar renders the whole range of telecommunication services on the basis of its digital fiber network.
ZAO PeterStar was founded in October 1992with the participation of the Leningrad City Telephone Network (now OAO PTN - Petersburg Telephone Network). During its operation on the Petersburg market PeterStar invested tens of millions of US dollars into the construction of its fiber-based network. The PeterStar network is fully integrated into the existing city network, being in fact a part of the city telecommunication infrastructure.
PeterStar offers its subscribers a wide range of the advanced telecommunication services: installation of new telephone lines with high quality digital local, national and international communication; organisation of switched and leased digital data circuits; wireless access to the telephone network; Avaya PBX installed on a turn-key basis and provided with full maintenance; the whole range of data services, including , ISDN and FRAME RELAY technology; videoconferencing; construction of corporate networks; high speed Internet access from PeterStar lines; various additional services; connection via PeterStar Calling Card from any telephone in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Novgorod as well as many European countries; 24x7operator services.
PeterStar organizes information systems based on its' leased and switched high speed data channels combining computer networks and providing remote access to various information resources: - exchange tenders, electronic databases and e-commerce systems.
