The company was founded in 1945. For fifty five years, "Mostostroi-6" has built hundreds of large and non-standard bridges and other complex artificial structures, the total length of which amount to over 300 km.
The construction of bridges crossing the biggest rivers of Russia (Volga, Neva, Northen Dvina, Usa, Volkhov, Sheksna, Sukhona and other rivers) and railway bridges on the Yamal Peninsula under the permafrost conditions is indicative of the high engineering and technological skills of the Company's experts. Most of the drawbridges in Russia have been built by "Mostostroi-6".
Basic fields of activities:
- construction and renovation of railway and motor road bridges, viaducts and flyovers;
- construction of transport and pedestrian tunnels, sea and river wharfs;
- erection of deep foundations and caissons with large diameters;
- production of steel and reinforcedconcrete structures;
- construction and technological design.
Today the "Mostostroi-6" Company includes seven branches situated in the cities: St. Petersburg, Velikiy Novgorod, Pskov, Vologda, Arkhangelsk and Petrozavodsk.
The firm undertakes contracts for construction of complex artificial structures both in Russia and abroad with the use of up-to-date machinery and technology.
