Property Worldwide - 2013

Regular International Exhibition-forum "Property Worldwide - 2013" organized by "Making Brand Expo" company was held in April 19-21th 2013 at the exhibition center Crocus Expo in Moscow.

The official opening ceremony took place in April 19th at 13:00. The opening of the exhibition was traditionally accompanied by a presentation of representatives of different countries and the heads of the leading companies at the Russian and foreign real estate market.

To conduct free seminars and thematic workshops leading Russian business coaches - Andrey Zakharov and Sergei Prokofiev were invited. The business program included in itself workshops for professionals that disclosed topical issues concerning promotion of overseas real estate objects and presentation of real estate services. Leading international lawyers spoke about details of the feature acquisition of foreign real estate, about "pitfalls", possible risks and how to avoid them. At the first time the Russian Yachting Association was presented at the exhibition.

New Directions of geography development of the exhibition were evolved by Russian real estate. In particular there were objects in the resort area of Krasnodar region, scilicet - in Gelendzhik. For the first time we could see the real estate offers of Mauritius island at the exhibition which were presented by the company "Saint Mauritius". The general director of the company Mr. Akifyev told about investment attractiveness, legal aspects, obtaining a residence permit, and he also presented the best residences and burtons de luxe at the shores of the Indian Ocean.

Among the participants traditionally bright and actively sponsored were companies from such countries as Spain, Italy, France, Montenegro, Turkey, they offered real estate objects of the most popular places among the Russians. Varied concert program pleased and surprised all the guests and participants - dance performances that were different in each day of the exhibition, it was colorful dances of different countries of the world.

According to the exhibition results, it's safe to say that both the exposition and business program of the Spring Forum "Property Worldwide - 2013" was the saturated, interesting, and very useful for all visitors of the exhibition who were interested in acquiring a profitable investment and highly comfortable foreign real estate in the best and the most beautiful places.
