ExpoCoating Moscow - 2015
On 17-19 February, the 12th International exhibition of technologies, equipment and materials for surface treatment and coatings application ExpoCoating, Moscow was held at IEC Crocus Expo, Moscow, Russia.
"ExpoCoating Moscow" is the largest in Russia in amount of exhibitors and visitors international exhibition of technologies, equipment and materials for surface treatment and coating of metal, alloy, plastic, wood, ceramic material and concrete. In February, such large representatives of the industry as Atotech-Chemeta, Sigma Aqua Technologies, Ostec Group, NPO Process, Industrial Packaging, RTS Engineering, Poliplast, Galvanic Technologies, Soltec, Surtec, MSHTechno, KraftPowercon, EuroIstanbul, CaoduroImpianti, BuffoliGroup, Bang&Bonsomer, etc. took part in the exhibition.
Over 2866 experts in different industries visited the exhibition. Most of visitors are involved in the metalworking, chemical, instrument making industries.

Mendeleev University of Chemistry and Technology of Russia, "throughout its existence, the "ExpoCoating Moscow" exhibition has become a key event in Russia in the field of technologies, equipment and materials for surface treatment and coating. The exhibition considerably contributes to the industry updating and modernization procedure, provides strong support to technical progress and economy of our country."
On 17-18 February, within the show business programme and with the support of Mendeleev Russian Chemical Society and Moscow D. Mendeleev Chemical Society, Russian Society of electroplaters, D. Mendeleev University of Chemistry and Technology of Russia, the 12th International scientific and practical conference 'Coatings and Surface Treatment. Latest Achievements in Technologies, Ecology and Equipment' was held.
The conference provoked great interest of experts and gathered over 50 listeners and speakers. Within the conference, besides the traditional section "Electroplating", two new sections were presented: "Surface preparation and painting' and "Anticorrosive protection". These sections attracted the experts` interest in problems of surface preparation and anticorrosion protection. 33 reports were delivered: 23 of them were devoted to electroplating, 6 to surface preparation and painting, 7 to anticorrosion protection.
Representatives from cities in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Germany, the USA took part in the conference. The professional portrait of listeners: engineers and technologists, technical directors, head technologists, electroplating shop heads, heads of technological and technical departments. The conference participants presented scientific organisations, universities, industrial plants and the business society. The conference was held in the atmosphere of mutual professional interest of speakers and listeners.
For the first time, this year "ExpoCoating Moscow" was held in IEC Crocus Expo, on one of the world largest and modern venues. According to the exhibitors and visitors, the new venue with its service high level and developed infrastructure opened new prospects for the display qualitative improvement.
On 27-29 October "ExpoCoating Moscow" for another time will be held at IEC Crocus Expo, Moscow, Russia together with international industrial exhibitions Mashex, PCVExpo, Power Electronics, NDT Russia, AerospaceTesting & IndustrialControl. The shows will present over 650 companies, will receive over 14 000 visitors, 90 % of which are experts (based on statistics of all listed exhibitions in 2014). Further, the show will be held in autumn also.
