Announce: The 22nd International exhibition of electrical equipment for energetics and electrical engineering "Elektro - 2013" will take place from 17th to 20th of June in the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" in Moscow.
From 17th to 20th of June in pavilions № 2 и 8 of the Central exhibition complex "Expocentre" the 22nd International exhibition of electrical equipment for energetics and electrical engineering "Elektro - 2013" will take place. The event is organized by Expocentre under the patronage of RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Moscow City Government.
"Elektro - 2013" is the largest exhibition of electrical industry in Russia and CIS countries (according to the results of independent audit of the year 2012).
The exhibition "Elektro - 2013" will present electrical equipment and materials for electrical energy production, transmission, distribution and consumption; modern lighting facilities, devices and means of control and account of electrical energy parameters, self-contained sources of supply; industrial heating devices, electro-thermal and welding equipment; electric tools and hardware for repair and maintenance of electrical facilities, energy-efficient equipment and technologies in the electrical energy industry.
More than 400 firms from Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Great Britain, Germany, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Lithuania, Poland, Republic of Korea, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland will participate in the exhibition "Elektro - 2013". National expositions and collective stands will be presented by companies from Germany, Spain, China, Slovakia, Czech Republic.

Considering the hasty growth of the Russian lighting engineering market and ever-increasing interest of exhibitors and visitors to the subject, in 2013 the section "Industrial lighting engineering" is separated as an independent salon. The exposition will be dedicated to industrial application of modern lighting products: lighting equipment for manufacturing facilities, emergency and street lighting, lighting for commercial building, components and materials for lighting products manufacturing.
This year the project "ElektroPark" is continuing to develop. The project is called to support developers of electrical products in promotion of their ideas. Within the specialized presentation exposition "ElektroPark" the exhibiting companies will present their innovative technologies and developments.
The subject "Building automation. Energy efficiency" is attended this year too. It is one of key subjects for advanced countries, however for Russia it just gathering pace.
During handling the problems on fulfilment of the Federal act № 261 - FZ "On raising of energy efficiency of industrial facilities and energy saving on factories" special attention of the exhibition visitors will be focused on novelties, which raise energy efficiency of buildings/equipment, and on recommendations for technological equipment of facilities with the application of energy saving technologies.

At the present time in Russian energetics there are many problems, which generate a negative impact on consumers, and on national manufacture and economics in whole. Among the problems: wearing of equipment and fixed capital, absence of uniform technological policy, imperfection of the legal framework. Solution of these problems is impossible without deep modernization of the industry, implementation of the latest energy system.
