EURO-LIFT - 2012
From 24th to 26th of October in Kielce the International exhibition of lifts "EURO-LIFT - 2012" was held.
Foreign companies find Poland's ready market really attractive. It suffices to say that 60% of the exhibitors were foreign companies.
EURO-LIFT expo is the only event of this kind held in our part of Europe. Until now the lift business sector, in spite of its significant potential, has not gained proper recognition in Poland. EURO-LIFT provides the opportunity to present market's best-selling products and to hold unveilings of new short distance transport equipment.
- This year's edition has broken its own record when compared with the 2010 expo. Targi Kielce hosted over 100 companies from 17 countries. Foreign companies find Poland as a really attractive, ready-market; this is demonstrated by the fact that 60% of expo's exhibitors come from abroad. The group was dominated by Poland's neighbours - Germans, however there were also many exhibitors from Italy and Turkey. The ANICA - the Italian Lift Components Association also had its exhibition stand at the Targi Kielce's event. ANICA is the professional organisation of Italy's leading producers. At the exhibition there was also the federation from Russia - Russian Lift Union. For the first time the Exhibition was the showcase for companies from Czech Republic, France, Hungary and Taiwan. The exhibition stand were also the display for Ukrainian, Chinese, Greek, Spanish, Russian, Swiss, Swedish, American, Belgium, and, of course, the well known Polish producers - says Targi Kielce President of Board Andrzej Mochon PhD.
Undoubtedly the EURO-LIFT was the perfect presentation platform for all the latest developments in the lift industry. The product assortment was really extensive as it ranges from lift equipment and components, drives, cabins, lift ropes and doors; through controllers, surveillance and safety systems, operation and maintenance systems, indicators, hydraulic solutions, accessories and fitments, finishing with trade publications. It came as no surprise that the trade fair was accompanies by specialised meetings, conferences and discussion.
