Besides participation in the exhibition of achievements related to modern development of exhibition industry, guests from Yekaterinburg will present a report "Further development of Yekaterinburg exhibition industry up to the year 2020".
Yekaterinburg, as one of the strongest economic, industrial, transport and scientific centers of Russia, is among challengers for holding the World universal exhibition "EXPO - 2020" with the subject "Global mind".
At "5рЕХРО - 2013" the presentation "World universal exhibitions EXPO: value for the world development. Participation of Russia in EXPO" will take place. The forum organizers - RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" are also holding talks about organizing presentations of organizing committees for holding EXPO 2015 (Milan, Italy) and EXPO 2017 (Astana, Kazakhstan), where Russia is going to take part as well.
The worldwide exhibitions "EXPO" are events of the global level, where achievements of the humanity are demonstrated, trends and lines of attack on the problem are solved. More than 100 countries-exhibitors and tens of millions of visitors meet here.
According to Yekaterinburg administration, holding of the World universal exhibition "EXPO" would open additional investment and innovation opportunities for the country, the region and the city as well.
"It is not safe to say that the issue of the World Universal Exhibition is well known in our country. The discussion will be interesting for a number of specialists, journalists, businessman" - assistant general director of the "Expocentre" Nikolai Bugayev said.
The mail subjects of the forum "5рЕХРО - 2013" are planned to be discussed at the panel discussion "Exhibition business is in the focus of the state interests", and at the round table "Investments into the exhibition industry infrastructure. Principles of placing regional exhibition complexes using mechanisms of private-public partnership". The discussion moderators will be initiators of RF exhibition-fair and congress activity development concept, and specialists from interested ministries and departments, regional authorities, regional industrial business and trade associations.
Over 1000 Russian experts, power officials, businessmen, and their colleagues from FSU and beyond are going to take part in the business program of "5рЕХРО - 2013".
According to the forum organizers plan, one of the forum paramount tasks is to invite attention of ministries, branch associations, regional administration, and representatives of entrepreneurship, science, culture as well to modern exhibition technologies, to become familiar with opportunities and potentials of the exhibition and congress industry of the country.
