Announce: On December 8-10, in the Gostiny Dvor (Москва), the 8th International Exhibition-Congress "HI-Tech Building - 2009" will be held.
"HI-Tech Building - 2009" is the only exhibition in CIS countries, which represent the leading world
technologies and equipment for automation and dispatching control of engineering technical and information systems of
buildings, "Intellectual Building" and "Smart House", technologies of building and outfitting of energy efficient
and "passive" houses.

The exhibitors will demonstrate systems of safety, energy supply and energy distribution, lighting management systems, information technologies, climatic systems, solutions for buildings management, energy saving technologies and a lot of others.
The "HI-Tech Building - 2009" project will present special expositions and extensive business program. The International Congress, which is traditionally held within the framework of the exhibition, is rightfully considered to be the leading reliable platform for communication of world manufacturers and system integrators. The Congress 2009 will be started with a Round Table "Energy Efficiency as a Basis of Creation of Modern City Infrastructure. Cost Saving in Management and Operation of Buildings". There are on the agenda - projecting, construction, and operation of energy efficient buildings, which are built in line with modern city infrastructure and economically efficient for investments; coordination of city needs and spheres of interest of design and building market, developer's guideline in the conditions of severe urban building restrictions; raising of energy efficiency in housing and public utilities by means of using low cost, fast-payback energy saving technologies; energy saving as competitive advantage of modern buildings, standard and individual solutions on buildings automation, effective in terms of investments, with the use of energy efficient technologies; saving of energy resources by means of efficient management of building engineering systems.
A number of seminars will be devoted to the important problem of professional education and certification of specialists. They will be hosted by Andrey Volkov, Professor, Doctor of Engineering, pro-rector on informatics and information technologies at Moscow State Building University (MGSU). A separate section of the Congress will be devoted to building technologies and outfitting of energy efficient buildings, Passive House.
There will also be an "Energy Efficient Technologies. Passive House" exposition organized at the "HI-Tech Building - 2009" exhibition, which will demonstrate building materials, products, and structures for construction of buildings with low energy consumption and "passive" houses.
Educational program includes seminars on projecting, introduction and maintenance of complex systems of buildings automation on the base of Lontalk, Bacnet, KNX regulations. The seminars are hosted by representatives of professional associations: LonMark International, Bacnet Interest Group Russia, Connex Russia.
There will be an Architectural Salon at the exhibition, which will be held under the auspices of the Union of Russian Architects. The Salon is meant to promote the dialogue between the architects, building designers, equipment manufacturers, and system integrators with the target of establishing new business contacts, discussing live issues of effective, mutually beneficial cooperation and attraction of corporate and private customers.
Everyone here will be able to get to know the projects and offers of the leading Russian architect bureaus, to communicate with the top architects, designers, installers, project planners, receive professional consultations and select an expert team for realization of some particular projects. The important part of the salon will be the seminar "Projecting of Intellectual Buildings and Smart Houses in the Practice of Modern Architectural Designs" on December 10.
The sensation of the exhibition will be the first professional Hi-Tech Building Awards competition among the system integrators of Russia and CIS countries for the best projects on outfitting real estate facilities with automation and dispatching control systems. The main goal of the competition is to present to the end customers a worthy choice of prospective projects and solutions in the field of building automation. The competition is called to promote constructive dialogue and establish business contacts between the end customers - developing, building, investing companies and system integrators.
Concurrently to "HI-Tech Building - 2009", at the Gostiny Dvor, an "Integrated Systems Russia - 2009" exhibition and show will be held, which will demonstrate professional audio visual systems and system integration solutions for corporate and domestic sectors.
