From 6th to 9th of October in the capital Gostiny Dvor the 25th Anniversary International exhibition of Russian and foreign real estate "DomExpo - 2011" will be held.
12 years ago in pavilion № 69 of All-Russia Exhibition Center an exhibition-fair "Real estate for Moscow citizen" was held for the first time. Later the exhibition get the name of "DomExpo". About 50 Russian companies took part in the first exhibition. The debut met with success and the number of exhibitors have been increasing. From 2003 the exhibition under the brand "DomExpo" is held in one of the best exhibition complexes of the capital - Gostiny Dvor. It is due to high level of organization, powerful entry list, rich business program "DomExpo" became a noticeable event at Russian market of real estate. The exhibition was awarded international status, was noticed by prestige signs of Global Association of Exhibition Industry and International Union of Exhibitions and Fairs. Every year the number of Russian and foreign companies which take part in the event is increasing. In 2003 under the exhibition "Moscow international salon of real estate" was organized. 32 international companies took part in the salon. In 2007 more than 100 exhibitors from 306 presented foreign real estate. This way, withing "DomExpo" two large segments of Russian and foreign real estate with specific range of exhibitors and potential investors had been formed. The present day it is an only exhibition of real estate in Russia where all segments of Russian and foreign market are presented: items of urban, country, resort, exclusive, residential and commercial real estate. Annually not less than 200 companies take part in the "DomExpo". During the years of work it he exhibition was visited by more than 500000 people. Many of them solved their housing problems and became owners of foreign real estate due to "DomExpo".
Leading Russian and foreign companies will take part in 25th International exhibition of real estate "DomExpo - 2011". Among them: Group of companies "MITs" which is the exhibition general partner, "OSK", "NDV-Real estate", "YIT-Moscovia", "Don-Stroy Invest", "Krost", "Good Wood", corporation "Housing initiative", "Rodex Group", "Sukhanovo-estate" and many others. More than a hundred of exhibitors will present real estate of 40 countries of the world. Visitors of the anniversary exhibition can get themselves familiar with great many of practical propositions of real estate of various prices, comfort and function in our country and abroad, consider different options of housing problem solving, get necessary information regarding mortgage and other kinds credit activities, will see presentations of new country and urban projects.
The exhibition is attended by rich business program which includes seminars, conferences, round tables. Within the exhibition in the conference hall of Chamber of Commerce and Industry the International forum of Russian and foreign realtors "Тор Estate & Finance" will be held. Specialists in the field of real estate from Russia, CIS countries, West and Eastern Europe, USA will discuss current problems of modern real estate market, share experiences in projects implementation, define priority orientations for further work. Concurrently with the Forum "Festival of realtors" will be held, where the best members of Moscow real-estate agencies will contest in "Realtors battle". Master classes and trainings on projects promotion to the market will take place. The round table will call together editors of leading publications on real estate - participants of "Head editors club". There will be a meeting with authors of books on real estate market development in Russia and range of other interesting events.
