Cement. Concrete. Dry Building Mixtures - 2009

The International Specialized Forum "Cement. Concrete. Dry Building Mixtures - 2009" was held on October 27-29 at Expocentre Fairgrounds, Moscow.

Traditionally, all leading companies and experts in this industrial sector come to participate in the forum. In 2009 the forum was visited by about 5,500 experts, over 450 people took part in the conference, over 100 companies became exhibitors at specialized exhibitions. There were 4 exhibitions and over 10 analytical events for specialists.

Specilized exhibitions on cement, concrete, dry building mixtures:

"EXPOMix - 2009" - the 11th International Specialized Exhibition "Dry Mixtures, Concretes, and Mortars". Every year EXPOMix brings together experts from all Russia and abroad for communication, trading, experience exchange. In 2009 the following products and equipment were presented at the exhibition: cement, lime, gypsum, sand, gravel chippings, light fillers, chemical and mineral additives, dry building mixtures, heavy, light, and foamed concrete, equipment for production, processing, packing of dry building mixtures, containers, transportation, laboratory equipment.

"ConTech - 2009" - the 5th International Specialized Exhibition "Concrete Plants, Equipment, Formwork". The ConTech exhibition has become a traditional venue for concrete industry experts and is always accompanied by extensive business program. The year 2009 is especially rich in new events:

• A specialized "Monolith-Show" presentation-conference was held for the first time this year, in the framework of which the companies could present their equipment in operation and tell about themselves
• On October 29, the scientific and practical conference "Operation and Lasting Quality of Autoclave Aerated Concrete Structures. ConAer - 2009" was held for the first time under the auspices of the Association of Autoclave Aerated Concrete Manufacturers and Research Institute of Building Physics of RAASN.
• Within the framework of the exhibition salon "ReCon Expo" there was an All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Repair of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Transport Structures "ReCon", which was highly praised and brought together over 100 experts in different industries for discussing the issues of concrete structures repair

"ExpoCеm - 2009" - the 6th International Specialized Exhibition "Modernization of Cement Industry in Russia and CIS countries". The permanent goal of the exhibition is a creation of unified information space in the field of manufacture and application of cement, demonstration of advanced developments, equipment and technologies for cement industry, establishment of partnership and business relations between the market participants. A special arrangement of the year 2009 was the 3rd International Meeting on Cement Chemistry and Technology with the support of the Russian Chemical Society n.a. D.I. Mendeleev; Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia and the Russia Academy of Science. The meeting won acclaim among the Russian cement experts, more than 70 reports were read out during the 3 days of the meeting.

There were more than 10 analytical events within the framework of the International Specialized Forum "Cement. Concrete. Dry building Mixtures - 2009", which allowed to gather a large number of experts, scientists, analysts from Russia and foreign countries for negotiations, discussion, presentations, summing up results and search of new ways of industry growth and development.

7 conference rooms were used for carrying out exhibition business program. The reports of the Russian and foreign market experts were read out at the conference, such as: Yu.M. Apart from business events, a rich cultural program was presented to forum participants, which included cocktail shows, Bolshoi Teatre visiting, final banquet.

The Forum was successfully carried out, what is confirmed by numerous positive comments from the exhibitors and conference participants. The Forum events received a warm welcome from the press and Internet network.
