In the Forum will take part: representatives of Federal and Regional authority, port experts, operation and safety experts on railway and auto transport, oil and gas pipelines; experts and heads of fire, salvage and rescue services; frontier guards, customs officers, heads and experts of security structures; manufacturers, suppliers of safety systems, designers in various areas of transport development and its safety providing, representatives of the transport-logistical companies and cargo owners.

In the context of the Conference will be considered the wide range of questions about design and creating of complex security systems of transport knots, development and introduction of high technologies and equipment for the prevention and liquidation of various emergencies, protection of environment, insurance.

Participants will exchange opinions about state regulation practice in transport security providing; will state the point of view on existing specification-legal base.

The forum is interesting for regions with large transport complexes; transport, oil and gas pipeline companies; marine and river ports; port terminals and transshipment constitutions; navigable, stevedore, fueler companies; security enterprises and insurance companies.
