Announce: The major annual business-event for Russian food industry - 19th International exhibition of foodstuff, beverages and raw stuff for their production "Prodexpo - 2012" will be held from 13th to 17th of February in Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre".
The major annual business-event for Russian food industry - 19th International exhibition of foodstuff, beverages and raw stuff for their production "Prodexpo - 2012" will be held from 13th to 17th of February in Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre". The exhibition is organized by CJSC "Expocentre" with the assistance of PF Ministry of Agriculture, under the patronage of RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Moscow Government.
The show "Prodexpo" is a high-profile event not just in the Russian food market but also in CIN and Eastern Europe countries. The event has logos of Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF). The exhibition is a popular place for presentation of products of leading Russian and foreign food brands. This year "Prodexpo" will unite about 2100 exhibitors from 55 countries of the world. The level of national representation is traditionally high. This time companies from 30 countries will take part in the exhibition on national level.
Aggressive interest to Russian market on the part of foreign producers and suppliers drives to expansion of geography of the exhibitors. This year companies from Macedonia will take part "Prodexpo" for the first time. After an extended pause companies from Chile will present their national exposition.
Also the number of Russian exhibitors increase steadily. 1400 domestic companies will present their products at "Prodlexpo - 2012".
The exposition of "Prodexpo - 2012" will be placed on the area of more than 102000 square meters and will occupy all the pavilions of the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre", including the temporary pavilion "Tsentralny" and outdoor areas. 18 topical expositions open all the nomenclature of food products, reflecting all the changes and trends of food market development. Alcoholic, meat, milk, frozen, preserved and other products are extensively presented at the exhibition. Special sections are dedicated to dietary and natural products for healthy eating, high technology foods. The exposition of packaging equipment and materials "ProdexpoPak" and Salon of associated equipment and services is developing with success as response to the industry dynamics.

Within the exhibition RF Ministry of Agriculture is holding a conference dedicated to the government program of Russian food industries development for 2013-2020.

Official opening of the 19th International exhibition of foodstuff, beverages and raw stuff for their production "Prodexpo - 2012" will tale place on 13th of February at 12:00 p.m., in a gallery between pavilions № 2 and № 8.
The exhibition exposition will be open for visiting: 13 - 16 of February from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., 17 of February - from 10:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.
