In his speech, Alexander Vasyukov, General Director of FSUE Sport-In, pointed out that some regions are in failure to fulfill obligations in respect of timely commissioning of sports facilities; and that the quality of the paperwork is poor. Only 20 % of the regional requests are supported by all the necessary documents.Currently, 48 facilities are not commissioned. "How are you going to approach us with new requests?" asked A.Vasyukov. Tambovregion, Orel region, Leningrad region, Novosibirsk region, Kabardino-Balkaria, are among the ones lagging behind.

RUB 664.1 bln is the scheduled amount of financing of the program for preparation for the World Cup. There was a memorable report of Alexei Milovanov, General Director of ANOArena - 2018, which had been established for the purpose of verification of compliance of the stadium design documentation with the requirements of FIFA, requirements for monitoring construction and construction supervision, as well as the engineering of the temporary infrastructure of the stadiums. According to him, "we have time to meet the deadlines for commissioning of the stadiums".
