Announce: On March 9 - 12, at the International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo" (Moscow), the International Specialized Exhibition "World of Wood / ExpoForest - 2010" will be held.
On March 9 - 12, at the International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo" (Moscow), the International Specialized Exhibition "World of Wood / ExpoForest - 2010" will be held.
The organizer of the exhibition is the International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo", with the support of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Fedration, Moscow Government, Russian Union of Industrialists and Enterpreneurs.
"World of Wood / ExpoForest - 2010" is an international specialized exhibition, at which the whole technology cycle of the timber industry will be presented: from planting a tree to processing of production wastes.
8 regions of the Russian Federation will take part in the project (Kaluga Region, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Moscow Region, Novgorod Region, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Tver Region) as well as the leading Austrian companies.
The exhibition organizers set an important task:
- To build a united national forum of timber industry professionals
- To facilitate the further retrofitting and stimulation of structural reorganization in the Russian timber industry
- To unite representatives of all segments within the industry and provide them with an opportunity to take part in the productive dialogue and demonstration of the advanced technological solutions, up-to-date equipment, materials, and components
"World of Wood / ExpoForest - 2010" will not only demonstrate products and services of the multisectoral timber industry, priority programs of the industry development, but will also contribute to the establishing of interbranch connections, assist in interregional and international cooperation.
For this reason, the International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo" combines the exhibitions of the related topics: forestry, woodworking, pulp and paper, and house building, offering the lowest participation prices in Moscow.

Besides, in one pavilion with International Specialized Exhibition "World of Wood / ExpoForest - 2010", the projects of World Expo Group company will be presented: the leading Russian exposition of timber construction "Wooden House", exhibitions "Aqua-Salon. The governors of the Russian regions and heads of federal institutions, representatives of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Enterpreneurs, International Congress of Industrialists and Enterpreneurs, senior officials of the federal departments, specialists of timber and building complexes from all Russian regions, and business representatives will take part in the business program of the "World of Wood / ExpoForest - 2010" exhibition. Within the framework of the business events, it is planned to discuss the current problems of the Russian timber industry functioning and provide for the most extensive experience and information exchange between the exhibitors and exhibition visitors. It goes without saying that cooperation and contacts, formed as result of this business program, will produce beneficial effect on the whole industry development and realization of the social projects as well as on the timber industry infrastructure development.
The initiative of all-Russia working platform creation for demonstration of advanced national and foreign experience, up-to-date technologies, and organization of productive dialogue between the experts at the exhibition was supported by representatives of the governmental structures.
On March 10, 2010, at 13:00, in the conference hall № 4 (pavilion 1), there will be an official exhibition opening ceremony, which will be attended by:
