The Palace of arts is the most popular culture institution in Nizhnevartovsk. The palace is one of the largest institutions of social importance in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra. It is one of prestige places for recreation of adults and children, with qualitative service, interesting concert programs and comprehensive approach to the work.
Annually the Palace of arts holds about 450 events which are visited by more than 200 000 citizens. Comfortable conditions are created here for viewers and artists. 929 viewers can be seated in comfortable chairs in the audience hall with an upper circle and two loges. A turning circle at spacious scene can be used to change decorations if necessary. Techniques, light and laser equipment conform to the highest requirements of professional artists and popular entertainment stars. Corporate and professional parties for workers of factories and organizations from all industries, and other cultural services are provided. The palace may host several events together for three thousand people in different halls.

• The Hall "Pod steklom" (Under the glass) - is a multifunctional hall for holding conferences, seminars, round tables, contests, dancing-parties
