On the first floor - there is an entrance hall with two cloak rooms, downstairs, on Svetlanovskaya st., there is a booking hall. On the second floor - there is a parquet hall with winter garden and refreshment rooms. The audience hall was designed to accomodate 2400 seats, equipped with the modern lighting facilities and complicated acoustic system, motion-picture installation for demonstration of broad-screen films.

The arena can be transformed into pop music scene of the size 350 sq.m., - this is larger than the scene of the concert hall named after P.I. Chaikovsky in Moscow, - where pop and dance bands may perform.
