The complex is actively developing by means of introducing new services needed for tenant's and visitor's comfort, the adjacent territory is being accomplished. There are 105 street pavilions of "Textile Fair", organized for retail trade. Besides, 30 wholesale warehouses are put into operation in 2008 (Terminal-1 and Terminal-2).
