International Exhibition Centre "Kazan Expo" one of the largest complexes in Russia is a member of the AIPC and RUEF.

"Kazan Expo" is distinguished by its advantageous location in the center of a dynamically developing region. The airport and the Aeroexpress train, which takes 20 minutes to reach the city center, are within a five-minute walk.

The total area is 143,361 sq. m.

The infrastructure includes free parking for 3,000 spaces, 2 food courts with a capacity of up to 700 people, 2 restaurants for 200 people each, 40 transformable conference halls with a capacity from 30 to 1,100 seats.

The Ilgam Shakirov concert hall is equipped with the latest technology and has repeatedly hosted concerts, plenary sessions of conferences, banquets and even sporting events. The maximum capacity is 3,000 seats.

The range of provided services covers all stages of the preparation and event conduct, including construction of the exhibition exposition, rental of furniture, audiovisual equipment, registration of participants and visitors, transportation, advertising and other services.
