On the first floor are located the technical and administrative facilities, lobby, office, closet, workshops, art salon and cafe "Modern".

Area of the second floor is 1124 sq. m (exhibition area - over 760 sq. m). Area of the third floor - 900 sq. m (exhibition area - 580 sq. m).

In the premises constant climate. The second floor provides a place to install the modular scene-podium to 50 sq. m for concerts, conferences, presentations, creative evenings.

Area of the exhibition space has an open layout. The equipment can be placed depending on the concept of the authors of the exhibition and the level of the planned conferences.
