The sports and health facility is situated in the center of the south-west district, occucies an area of 10000 m2 and consist of 3 buildings:

• 1st building: a football ground of 65x32 m, artificial turf, bleachers for 500 sideliners
• 2nd building: a large play hall with grounds for tennis, basketball, volleyball and handball, competitions on martial arts, boxing and wrestling, aerobics and fitness. It can be transformed in 3 independent courts
• 3rd building: four gyms around 150 m2, 3 saunas, a sun tanning parlor, a swimming pool and a big coffee-room
