It is located in the town center, near governmental buildings of the Republic and the town.

Exhibition floor space: foyer of the first and second floor.
On every floor from 88 to 100 sq. m of exhibition stands are arranged.
There is a conference hall for 150 persons, audience hall for 450 persons, auditoriums for 30-40 persons, banquet halls for 10 and 20 persons.

On the territory of the center there is a canteen, parking for 20-30 cars.
