International business center - a broad range which includes art galleries, exhibition and concert halls, suites of rooms and stairways. It is the complex installation that enable the Palace to be a perfect place for holding exhibitions, presentations, conferences, seminars, business meetings, corporate events.

The five-stories palace building 6000 sq.m in area consist of three wings:

• central wing (Smolenka River Embankment)
• large wing (4th line of Vasilievsky Island)
• small wing (Makarova embankment)
