Building with unusual architecture, made entirely of aluminum, was constructed in 1975 and served as a test laboratory for high voltage cables at the VNII KP. Here was installed and worked for many years giant Tesla coil, which generating a current capacity of 12 MW with help of the supercharger voltage.

Today the unlimited space TESLA4000 got a new boost of life and opens its doors to the most famous and large-scale events: festivals, exhibitions, art projects, concerts, presentations, conferences, social events, film shoots, sporting events, show productions, fashion shows.
