Agile Business Conference - 2018

"Agile Business Conference" is a unique conference for Russia dedicated to Business Agility and flexible approaches in business management. The conference, designed for middle and senior managers and owners of companies, is organized by ScrumTrek, which has been implementing agile-technologies in various sectors of domestic business and public administration for more than 10 years.

More than 30 presentations and workshops from leading foreign and local agile experts will be divided into four sections: the development of flexibility and quick response to the challenges of the market (Business Agility); agile in large organizations, products, projects and portfolio; leadership, motivation and culture of self-management within agile-transformation; advanced approaches, helping to create successful products.

The conference is designed for top managers, business owners and heads of departments.
