Date: 09.10.2007 - 12.10.2007

City: Munich - information about city

Holder: Mack Brooks Exhibitions Ltd

Topics: Information Technologies and Communications, Industrial Exhibitions

Description

Venue: Munich Airport.

Some 600 companies from 30 countries will display their new and enhanced products and services.

The event is the international market place for professionals from all sectors of the airport industry: passenger, baggage and aircraft handling, security systems, freight handling, IT/software, logistics, construction and terminal design, consulting as well as fire and rescue services.

The organisers, Mack Brooks Exhibitions Ltd, are confident they can build on the success of the previous exhibition, as the uptrend of the airport industry continues. "In a world with ever closer business relations between countries all over the globe, airports have become the major hubs of global trade. In many international capitals, whole airport cities have been developed around airport sites; and regional airports, too, continue to register substantial growth figures", says Nicola Hamann, Exhibition Director inter airport Europe. "As the leading trade exhibition and barometer of the airport industry, inter airport Europe reflects the boom of this industry branch. This year's show will again present the latest products and services: the whole range of solutions needed for the construction and enhancement of a modern airport will be on display", explains Nicola Hamann.

This year, on extended outdoor exhibition grounds, there will be more room for large-scale equipment and heavy machinery, such as enormous de-icers and powerful push-backs for the Airbus A380, eco-friendly hybrid vehicles, modern airport buses and passenger stairs.
