Arctic - 2020

The business agenda focuses on the formation of support development zones and other provisions of the state program "Socio-economic development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation", geological exploration and prospects for the development of oil and gas provinces of the North-East of Siberia, the results of research and the results of scientific and environmental expeditions in 2018-2019, climate change issue, the development of specially protected natural areas in the Arctic and subarctic, innovations in the Arctic legislation, including subsoil use.

The Conference program also includes issues of expanding international cooperation and development of cooperation within the framework of the EAEU for the development of the Arctic, the introduction of digital economy mechanisms in complex projects, the use of new construction technologies in the conditions of degrading permafrost.
