The salon is held as part of the forum "Interpolitex - 2009".

The goals of the salon:

1. Demonstration of advanced Russian and foreign achievements in the field of modern armament production
2. Introducing salon visitors to the newest samples of armourers - novelties of small arms and cold steel weapons, prospective samples of ammunition, optics, and accessories
3. Contribution to substantial reduction of direct and indirect costs of exhibitors and visitors of the salon
4. Presenting opportunity for business communication, experience exchange, profitable and prospective cooperation

The tasks of the salon:

1. To demonstrate the newest technologies and prospective developments of the Russian and foreign armourers
2. To introduce the salon visitors to the newest samples of service and civil weapons, ammunition, optics, uniform, and equipment
3. To present to the manufacturers, suppliers, and consumers of the modern small arms and cold steel weapons, efficient tools for solution of the total complex advertising and marketing objectives, market monitoring, and conclusion of transactions
4. To contribute to constructive dialogue between modern weapon manufacturers and consumers - numerous specialists and connoisseurs of high-class weapons
5. To give the opportunity to exhibitors and visitors to get the full information about activity and capacities of weapon manufacturing enterprises, to become the channel of business contacts and conclusion profitable agreements, to contribute to parnership relations strengthening
