Following the successful debut of the exhibition in 2010, accompanied by the International Philatelic Exhibition BALKANFILA, this year's edition of "Bulcollecto" will be held simultaneously with the National Competition of Modern Philately organized in two categories, and an exhibition dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the philatelic press in Bulgaria.
