The project aims: to revive the lost art of calligraphy in Russia, make it widely available and create conditions for its development. In Moscow park Sokolniki will take place an official opening of constant exposition of Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. Works many of those can be called chef-d'oeuvres will always be available for fans of hand-writing. But the official opening of the museum will not only be remembered by the joy of the feeling that Moscow finds one more pearl in its chest of cultural treasures. Besides of it, on that very day all the volunteers will be offered to try to guess "The mystery of the World Calligraphy" . Israel calligraphy, Arabic, European, American, Slavonian..... Inimitable combination of styles and trends is awaiting you, the play of totally unmatched working accents, calligraphic canvases, whose authors often have diametrically opposite world outlook, but alongside with that their creative works captivate and fascinate in the same way... There will also be introduced the first handwritten Constitution of the Russian Federation. This unique project prepared by the National Union of Calligraphers and the "Rare Book from St.Petersburg" publishing house promises to be the symbol of the restoration of Russia and be preserved for ages. In a word, even if you are a very busy man - find in your calendar the week from 9th to 14th of Decembre and write down in the section "Meetings": "Beautiful. 1 Sokolnichesky Val, pavilion 7, Sokolniki Culture & Exhibition Centre, Moscow".
