The project peculiarity is a direct dialogue between manufacturers and suppliers of environmental equipment and services, and heads of Russian cities, representatives of environmental agencies, as well as a chance to enter the market of state procurements.

The project general concept is the implementation of new environmental technologies into Russian municipalities through cooperation between governmental and business structures.
