Europe+Asia Event Forum (EFEA) - 2020

"Eurasian Event Forum" is the first in Russia and has already become a traditional forum of industry of meetings, from which every January industry professionals start the business year to exchange experience and knowledge, as well as to identify trends for the next year.

More than 500 industry specialists from 20 regions of Russia and 8 countries took part in the 2019 Forum. Among them were represented such world leaders of exhibition and congress business as the National Congress Bureau of Russia, Expocentre exhibition complex, Roscongress Foundation, Expoforum exhibition complex, VDNH-Expo, specialists of the world's leading profile associations ICCA, UFI, AUMA, RUEF.

The main theme of the Congress program will be "Code of sustainable development in the event industry. People. Planet. Profit". The world of the event industry is very dynamic, everything is changing with great speed and it is paradoxical that this is why it is so important to be sustainable in business development. Participants will discuss how to simultaneously achieve stability and continue growth, which is sustainability in the event industry.

The discussion will be held in the formats of round tables, plenary discussions, thematic sessions on exhibition business, industry meetings, site management, education and labor market. The Forum program also includes the exhibition of technologies and suppliers of equipment and services "Event EXPO" and the independent industry award "EFEA Awards 2020", which have already become traditional.

In parallel with "EFEA - 2020", the 5th forum "Event LIVE" for event industry professionals and their customers will be held at the Petrocongress Congress Center - a practical training event in the field of organization and promotion of events.
