1. Presenting the best specimens of the Orthodox culture and spirituality
2. Strengthening the Orthodox faith and culture
3. Developing relations between the church and secular organization
4. Creating a new platform of the information interaction between the church, state, public and entrepreneurial entities in the field of spiritual and moral enlightenment and education
5. Creating the mechanisms for analysis, quality improvement and development of the literature market aimed to strengthen the cultural, spiritual and moral traditions
6. Contributing to promotion of spiritual and moral awareness of the citizens, particularly of the younger generation
7. Reviving the interest in literature and reading, developing solicitous attitude to speech
8. Popularizing the Orthodox culture among the population
