For 13 years, the event annually gathers more than 350 representatives of oil and gas, trading and transport companies, including refineries, oil terminals, ports, and representatives of the oil storage business from Russia, America, CIS countries, Europe, Asia - a total of about 25 countries. The organizing Committee formed the program of the Congress taking into account the information needs of enterprises of oil and gas, oil and gas processing and petrochemical industries.
