  3. To enable visitors to make a sort of pilgrimage to holy places of Russia, bow miracle shrines brought from other monasteries, order public prayers in the parishes of other dioceses, meet with representatives of the clergy
  4. Consolidate orthodox traditions and foundations on the Perm land, help to recreate destroyed sanctuaries and new temples construction
