At the most important trade fair for the SHK sector in Northern and Eastern Europe, companies from Germany and abroad present their latest products and services to visitors from Northern Europe. 38,000 trade visitors from 18 nations came to SHK Hamburg in 2003. More than 70% of the trade visitors use SHK Hamburg as an information platform for new products and industry trends. For half of the visitors, SHK Hamburg served as a means of general market orientation and for every fourth trade visitor as an opportunity to nurture existing business contacts and to exchange experience with fellow specialists.
