Erzog presents the 12th Moscow International Ski Salon The XI Moscow International Ski Salon is to be held in Moscow, in the Exhibition complex "Gostiny Dvor" from 4th to 6th of November 2004. Recently restored by the Moscow government the Exhibition complex "Gostiny Dvor" is one of the most impressive architectural monuments in Moscow; it is situated in the center of Moscow - 150m from the Kremlin. As in the whole world, the active lifestyle and especially extreme sports and leasure became more and more popular among Russians. Mr. Putin is fond of alpine skis and this kind of sport now became very popular among Russian business elite and politicians. But actually alpine skiing & snowboarding is now not only the 'sport of rich' but the mass kinds of sports and leasure in Russia. The images of the alpine skier, snowboarder and active people are widely used in the commercials and ads. Gazprom have started its ads campaing to support Russian alpine ski sport. Mountain Due brand (Pepsi) created its advertising campain using the images of active lifestyle and snowboarding. Nescafe and Nokia are the sponsors of different winter sports events and copetitions in Russia. Stimorol's commercials and some other gum brands also use alpine ski resorts images in their ads. Johnson and Johnson issued the catalogue of Russian resorts. Men's Health, the popular magazine of the Independent Media, have organized the Men's Health Winter Cup, the series of the ski and snowboarding competitions in different Russian cities and resorts
