1. Demonstration of products to the potential consumers, and sales thereof at the minimum prices of the manufacturers
2. Provision of the city dwellers with food products, consumer goods, souvenir gifts and other goods
3. Aims to contribute to dissemination of the good professional practice of companies, organizations and individuals, as well as to the establishment of business relations and contacts
