The leading grain forum in Siberia - "Winter Grain Conference - 2012" will be held from 1st to 3rd of March in Belokurikha. Administration of the the Altai Territory, Altai grain millers' union, LLC "ProZerno", Institute for Agricultural market studies, CJSC "Altaiskaya Yarmarka", LLC "AltaiAgroExpo" act as organizers of the conference.
Once the conference became an extension of grain millers' congress "Fields of Russia". Today, according to the specialists' research, it is an intellectual platform in Siberia which answers the most topical questions of development of milling and grain markets of the region. The conference is famous for exact predictions, unique content of world experts, successful combination of business meetings and leisure in resort town Belokurikha.
It is expected that representatives of more than 100 companies of Siberia, other Russian regions and Kazakhstan will come to the anniversary conference. For the first time a specialized section for stock-breeders will tale place, where development prospects of beef and dairy stock farming in Russia and in the world will be discussed. Last year more than 104 companies from 16 regions of Russia (the Altai Territory, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Perm Territory, the Zabaikalye Territory, the Novosibirsk Region, the Omsk Region, the Kurgan Region, the Tomsk Region, the Kemerovo Region, the Tyumen Region, the Irkutsk Region, the Chelyabinsk Region, the Sverdlovsk Region, the Samara Region, Moscow and Saint Petersburg) and Kazakhstan took part in the conference work. The companies were presented by executive and sales directors, divisional managers.
At the forthcoming conference the leading experts of the country will tell about the forming macroeconomic situation and state support of agro-industrial market in perspective of five years, development of domestic and foreign grain and grain processing products markets. The conference will be accomplished with the round table "Grain year - 2011 - 2012: results - projections - prospects".
The participation as experts in the conference is already confirmed by President of Union of grain millers and bakers of Kazakhstan Evgeniy Gan, Senior advisor of director of International Centre for Investment UN FAO Evgeniya Serova, Head of agricultural department of "Inspectorate R" Vitaliy Smirnov. The organizers are in negotiations with a range of experts of grain processing industry, milk and meat markets of the country. Visit of Plenipotentiary minister, counselor of USA embassy on agricultural issues Scott Reynolds is expected at the conference.
