Our company provides the following services to exhibitors:
- Design and mounting of exhibition booth;
- Equipment of exhibition booth with furniture and fitting;
- Assistance in provision of designers, workers, interpreters services;
- Visa support;
- Loading and unloading, warehousing of exhibition goods;
- Advertising services, distribution of booklets, price lists, other promotional materials;
- Assistance in advertising in the media;
- Booking hotel rooms in Khabarovsk;

- Transport services;
- Cleaning, guarding;

General terms and conditions, cost and kinds of participation in exhibitions
- Registration fees is 55 USD for 2 exhibitor representatives, if more it costs 17 USD for each extra person. It includes general advertisement regarding exhibition in the local and specialized media, one exhibition catalogue, pass for exhibitor transport to the exhibition place, booking hotel by preliminary requirement of exhibitor, participation in all business events like seminars, conferences etc. during the exhibition.
- Booth rental. Standard booth has 3 walls (2,4 x 2,4) and exhibitor name fascia. Booth supplied with standard equipment - 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 power socket 220v, 1 waste basket. Booth area can be 6, 10, 12, 18 m2, cost of 1 m2 is 40 USD for exhibition period. Cost may be increased from 10 to 20 percents according to booth position. Cost also includes cleaning of exhibition hall, guarding of exhibits while not working hours, design of exhibitor name on the booth fascia in Russian of English (15 symbols), every extra symbol - USD 0,7.
- Exhibition area without booth. It can be rented by exhibitor of 20 USD/one m2 for exhibition period. Cost includes 1 table, 1 chair and above mentioned services.
- Open air exhibition area. It can be used for large sized exhibits, cost is 2 USD one m2 for exhibition period.
- Participation without exhibitor display. It means registration fees for 2 representatives of exhibitor, publishing in the exhibition catalogue and in the web-site. Cost is 70 USD.
- Participation in exhibitor' representatives absence. Cost is 60 USD, it includes publishing in the exhibition catalogue and in the web-site, displaying of exhibitor promotional material on the special booth, distribution of such material among exhibitors and visitors.
Registration for participation For participation exhibitor must complete the registration form and return above not later then 15 days before exhibition opening.
Payment for participation may be effected by cash on spot in the city of Khabarovsk or through the bank by t/t remittance as stated below: Far Eastern Commercial Bank, Rrasnoflotsky Branch, acc. 4070284300021000151.
