BioTopExpo - 2007

The organizer of an exhibition is an Exhibition Company "Sivel" with assistance of the Russian-Swedish Training and Information Centre of Bioenergy.

Official support of an exhibition is carried out by Natural Resources and Environment Protection Committee, the Leningrad Region Goverment; Energy Complex and Housing and Communal Services Committee, the Leningrad Region Government; Enterprises and Organizations of Forestry Complex of the North-West.

From June, 20 till June, 22, 2006 in territory of the Northwest Russian Federation Exhibition Center the first in Russia international specialized exhibition BioTopExpo of the equipment and technologies for manufacture and uses of biofuel has passed.

In spite of the fact that in Russia BioTopExpo was the first exhibition on the given subjects, among its participants there were representatives of the leading domestic and foreign firms making both biofuel, and the equipment for its reception and burning.

In the exhibition it was possible to familiarize with "know-how" of biofuel, to see this equipment in operation. Fuel granules production lines have presented "Sprout Matador A/S", group of companies "Astec", "Kurganmashzavod", "Polynom", "Sweden Power Chippers AB", "Eckodrev-Tver'". Grinders of wood waste products has shown by a Gatchina's factory of making a paper equipment "GOZBO" and branch of Kirov's factory PKB "Automatics". The equipment for burning fuel granules was shown by firms "Automatic_Les ", "Kimeh", "Salotti", "Lesenergo", etc.

The purpose of the exhibition - to draw attention of regional administrations, heads of the enterprises of timber industry and agroindustrial complexes and investors to opportunities of bio-energetics and use of biofuel in the internal and external markets; to show opportunities of manufacture of biofuel in Russia and a condition of the modern equipment, both Russian, and foreign, for expansion of manufacture of biofuel and its use.

Carrying out of exhibition BioTopExpo promotes development harmless warmly and power supply in Russia, to an establishment of business mutually advantageous connections.
