Goals and tasks of the forum-exhibition:

1. To promote establishment of fair, open and transparent mechanisms of purchase out of the funds of budgets on all levels on the base of the direct dialogue of the state and the business
2. To discuss the problems of application practise and issues of legislation perfection about placing of orders
3. To establish a steady cooperation of state and municipal contractors with the enterprises, goods, works and services for state and municipal needs producers and suppliers
4. To promote regional and international experience exchange in the system of state and municipal orders placing
