"IgroMir" is the first Russian full-sized exhibition for all enthusiasts of interactive entertainments: computer games, console games, mobile phones and other platforms. This is an absorbing journey into virtual worlds and real emotions, an opportunity to estimate games novelties before the rest and see the developers with your own eyes.
The exhibitors are developers and editors of game products, manufacturers and distributors of computer and console equipment, specialized game-specific and general press.
Two more events will be held at the same time as "IgroMir", and they are dedicated to the business audience. The Game developers Conference and – for the first time in Russia – The pop-culture exhibition called "Comic Con Russia". All three shows will take place in the pavilion No.1 of the Crocus Expo Center. They will cover almost 30000 square meters.
A new project called "Comic Con Russia" is the first Russian exhibition of popular comics, movies, series, computer and board games, anime and manga. The topic of the concept is the super-popular exhibitions of "Comic Con" that has been taking place in the USA for more than 30 years and gathering more than half a million visitors every year.
The games developers’ conference (GDC – 2014) will take place for all experts of game industry and for all press representatives; it is the oldest professional event in the game industry in the CIS. "GDC" will take place for the 12th time already and will gather under its wing the experts of all branches of game industry who will discuss the most urgent questions of creating, promotion and functioning of computer and mobile games. More than 2000 managers, artists, designers, animators, programmers and sound engineers will have the opportunity to exchange experience and fresh ideas with their colleagues, learn about tendencies of global game market development, get new knowledge, find new employees, employers and business partners.
